Powerhouse
A real powerhouse - and beautiful. Only downside I've found is the range of the bass boost / ( loudness ) is very limited. Most all control is via remote.
Old-school fidelity
They don't typically make receivers like they used to. Most of the home theater-type receivers just don't cut it when it comes to high quality sound. The low THD (0.07% @ 8 ohms) on this amp is a hard thing to find nowadays; especially for this price. My CDs and ipod sound great with this amp, and my vinyl sounds even better. If you want a great amp for listening to music, this will not disappoint. Even at high volume levels, this amp doesn't noticebaly...
